Development of Information Sharing System Using Mobile Ad-hoc Network and Its Application to The Welfare Field

(in English) In Japan, the population of the elderly has increased. And the number of patients with dementia has increased year by year. Family members and carers are forced to put a heavy burden on nursing care sites to prevent accidents caused by wandering. Therefore, We will construct an electronic watching system using a smartphone and low price transmitter as a receiver(iBeacon). In the electronic watching system, a combination of a transmitter and a receiving smartphone with one to one, one to many, many many pairs. In this paper, we propose an ad-hoc communication proposal using Wi-Fi Direct as a communication means to realize the proposed system and a system sharing method of the transmitter information and develop the system. Wi-Fi Direct is a specification formulated by the Wi-Fi Alliance and is a technology that enables devices to connect with each other using wireless communication regardless of whether or not an access point or the Internet connection is connected. Sharing transmitter information using Wi-Fi Direct, realize watching care of a care receiver at multiple terminals.
