(in English) PMBOK has a chapter of risk management to prevent problems of development projects. But, we rarely discuss the psychological side of project members. In this paper, we tried to analyze problems from the view of the social psychology and discuss the risk management. We focus on a phenomenon which seems to be a disincentive, and try to build a psychological barrier model of risk management as a hypothesis and to perform a statistical survey with questionnaire method.
