[Poster Presentation] A DCT-OFDM Based Digital Watermarking Scheme Using Synchronization Recovery with Image Features

(in English) In today’s highly digitized society, the services providing digital contents such as movies, images and music become very popular. There is a problem that illegal copies of such digital contents can be easily produced since the quality of such contents cannot be degraded at all even after the duplication. Digital watermarking techniques can embed secret watermarks into digital contents, and therefore, they are used to protect digital contents in order to solve these problems. However, it is possible that various attacks are performed against the digital contents protected by digital watermarking techniques. Hakka et al. have proposed a quantized DCT-OFDM type digital watermarking scheme that is robust against JPEG compression. In this study, we propose a fast synchronization recovery method that can be applied for the DCT-OFDM type digital watermarking by applying image features with high robustness. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated by performing various attacks to the stego images generated by the proposed method.
