Analysis of Relation Betweeen on Changes Content and Code Dependency

(in English) A change impact analysis is one of analytical methods
to predict the source files that are depending on some of changed
source files and thus require further testing or modification.
However, no investigation has been made on contents/causes of effects on such depending files.
In this research, with commit messages, which contain free-format descriptions by developers,
we analyze contents or causes of modifications of depending files (in the sense of traditional change impact analysis), and also modifications of depended files.
We identify purposes of modifications from commit messages, effects to depending/depended files of such modifications, and cause/result relations between modifications, in an experiment which applies the proposed method to open source repositories.
