In our previous work, we showed that the method physically solving decision-making problems, which is called ``the tug-of-war (TOW) principle,'' has high-efficiency. In this study, we show that on the basis of the TOW principle, ``the socially maximal decision maker'' used for channel assign problems in communication systems can be constructed by implementing the direct interaction between users to the tug-of-war of another liquid. Owing to this equipment, we can automatically achieve social maximum allocations in cognitive radio without huge calculations for evaluation values. Directly exploiting the features of physical phenomena, such as fluctuation, conservation law, and analogue, we can bring out the computational power for solving overall optimization problems. |
