Situated Service Composition for Sensor Services

(in English) With the development of IoT, a demand on event-based service invocation with sensors and cloud has increased. Moreover, sensor can be exchanged by being abstracted as a service. In that case, sensor service composition will be repetitively required for detecting a complex event in real time because available sensor services and the target event changes by the environment. In this research, we propose situated sensor service composition by applying COP-based horizontal service composition used for Web service. First, we formalize the problem by defining the domain with spatio-temporal requirement of the atomic event and aggregation functions for each rule structure. Further, we realized sensor service composition for detecting complex events with temporal relation by introducing temporal events as temporal constraints.
