Assignment and Solution regarding Access Control of a Camera on a Computer

(in English) Since macOS does not display a confirmation dialog to the user when applications access a webcam, an attacker can watch users using this webcam. As a current solution, there is a method of attaching a tape to the webcam and a method of disabling the webcam for each computer or user. While in use of the webcam by applications such as Skype, however, other programs such as malware can record these. Therefore, this paper reports an access control method for the webcam based on each application and the result of the implementation. As a result, the proposed method was able to control the access to the webcam for each application.
