Increase of dye adsorption on TiO_2 electrode surfaces and supression of the recombination of the electron at the interface of TiO_2 electrode and electrolyte are necessary to enhace conversion efficiency for dye sensitized solar cells (DSCs). We made ALD coating of ZrO_2 on the TiO_2 electrode and we improved the short circuit current density and achieved 5.17 % as conversion efficiency. |
