Refactoring IP structure for flexible network reconfiguration

(in English) A wide area IP network has to be reconfigured flexibly to rationalize utilization of network resources to the network environmental change which are traffic amount increasing and traffic matrix change etc., with considering to CAPEX and OPEX minimization and required of QoS. But, when there are several services on the wide area IP network, it is difficult to reconfigure the network in the cause of increasing and diversification of frequency and scale of environmental change of a network. So we establish the network operation and control system which achieves flexible reconfiguration of network after reconsidering present the routing method and the architecture of IP network. Based on the result of analysis about a technical problem when reconfiguring the IP network using present routing method and architecture of IP network, we propose the network operation and control system, which concentrate the EGP function in a SDN controller.
