(in English) For preventing accidents resulted from human errors in large-scale complex systems, operator personnel is required to learn not only technical skills but also Non-Technical Skills (NTS). For realizing generalized NTS training program for operator personnel of oil refinery plants, this paper discusses the basic requirements of the training program based on the survey findings of the concepts and training methods of NTS skills in other industrial domains and the results of a cognitive experiment for evaluating the effectiveness of communication skills in generalized monitoring and controlling tasks.
