Three-Dimensional Finite Difference Time-Domain Analysis of Parametric Speaker

(in English) In this study, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of a parametric
speaker is carried out. To simulate the secondary sound field of difference frequency, the Westervelt equation is numerically solved by the nterpolated wideband (IWB) scheme which is one of the compact explicit finite-difference time-domain (CE-FDTD) method whose cut-off frequency is in agreement with the Nyquist frequency. Some numerical demonstrations are made for the nonlinear sound wave propagation in three dimensional models of various domain size or grid size. Comparing with KZK solutions, it is found that the numerical accuracy of the FDTD solutions decrease in the case of small domain size for low difference frequency or coarse grid size for high difference frequency.
