We propose an optical frequency shifter for contention resolutions which allows continuously tunable frequency shift including fractions of the original signal bandwidth. A 1.6-Tb/s PDM-16QAM signal is arbitrarily frequency-shifted within THz-range during a 200-km error-free transmission. |
