| 抄録 | （和） | 近年、高等教育における質保証は、大学が自らの責任で点検・評価を行い改善を進める、内部質保証システムの構築が重視されつつある。その中で、評価の効果的・効率的な実施のために、大学が適切な自己評価を行うことができるよう、自己評価力の向上が望まれている。本研究では、自己評価力の向上へ向けた基礎的データの可視化を目的とし、大学評価における大学の自己評価と、評価者が判定を下した評価結果のギャップに着目して分析を行った。国立大学法人評価の教育および研究評価の段階判定のデータが、自己評価と評価結果、学系、評価項目、の違いで差があるかの検討を行った。結果、自己評価の方が評価結果よりも高い傾向や、学系、評価項目による違いが明らかになった。 |
| （英） | Recent research indicates that main attention of quality assurance of higher education has come to emphasize the internal quality assurance, which higher education institutions themselves take responsibility for checking and evaluating the quality of their various activities. Accordingly, there is an increasing demand to enhance the ability to promote the appropriate self-evaluation in order to perform the efficient and effective university evaluation. In this paper, we aim to visualize the basic data of evaluation to enhance the evaluability of universities and investigate the relationship between the self-evaluation and evaluation result. Categorical ratings of the education and research evaluation data extracted from the national university corporation evaluation were examined. Results showed that the ratings were influenced by the difference of the self-evaluation and evaluation result. Besides, the influence of the research field and evaluation viewpoints were also observed. | |
