A Data Embedding Method based on the JavaScript Encoder jjencode

(in English) We have been implemented a data hiding method for JavaScript programs based on an obfuscator called jjencode. We can embed a bit string secretly into a script, i.e. a JavaScript program, while obfuscating it. A script is converted into an equivalent code consisting only of non-alphanumeric characters by jjencode. The program converted by jjencode includes codes that will generate the literal representation of the script. For constructing such codes, we have more than one expressions that generate each character in the script, which enables us to assign unique numbers to each of the expressions and to encode bit strings by the numbers. The embedding capacity is different from character to character. We have evaluated our data hiding method using JavaScript libraries widely distributed on WWW. As a result, we have found that the embedding ratio against the code for generating the literal representation of a script would be about $2%$. A script becomes larger through embedding. It is found that the code after embedding would become about 25 times as large as the script.
