Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, a parameter setting for signal processing in a wide-band spectrum usage measurement which observe multiple channels is proposed.
Spectrum sensing and MAC-layer control which are elemental technologies for the Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) can be enhanced by statistical information of spectrum utilization obtained.
The statistical information is available by the wide-band, wide-area, and long term spectrum measurement.
For achieve the spectrum measurement, we are developing a spectrum measurement system for 30MHz$sim$ 6GHz frequency band.
The authors had developed a parameter setting for signal processing in the spectrum measurement based on spectrum usage specifications in the target frequency band in the previous work.
In this paper, we focus on soft decision, i.e., power spectrum, based spectrum usage detection unlike the previous works which utilize a hard decision, i.e., energy detector output.
In this paper, we modified those signal processing to method using soft decision value from using hard decision value in the previous works for the better while show a method of set the parameter for modified signal processing optimally in terms of the capability of signal detection and resolving power with using spectrum usage parameters as prior information.
Numerical evaluation show validity of the method.
