Implementation of Individual Data Sheet for Effective Life Reconstruction Support -- A Case Study of Conflagration Northern Area of Itoigawa Station --

(in English) Once disaster occurs, survivors have to carry out their life reconstruction process. During this, local governments provide many kinds of administrative support and need to design support plan for them considering their actual status. To support their activities, we developed an information management system with Victims Master Database in past research. This system was premised on utilizing through web-network, thus it is not good at supporting local responders to consult victims on-site. Against this issue, we aimed to design and develop a new function which can show the detail of victims support status by each person or household in list-view. After Itoigawa Conflagration occurred on December 22nd, 2016, we reviewed the requirements of that function, and implemented the new function at Itoigawa city. Finally, we examined its usability.
