Training simulator for creating list of victims at the disaster medical base

(in English) As one of the disaster planning, the disaster base hospital is announced as a gath-ering place for the people. As a place to keep out people who are not necessary medical care in hospital, called as the disaster medical base is opened. At the disaster medical base, lists of victims having rhe personal information and the medical information are created in hand-writing. These lists are difficult to administer because so many lists are created in the disaster medical base. To manage in an integrated fashion, the datebase system for listing victims was proposed.In this paper, a training simulator to ease creating lists using above database sysytem has been proposed
