Wireless Power Transmission System with Unbalanced Fed Inverted L Antennas Formed by Coplanar Waveguide -- Part 2 --

(in English) The wireless power transmission system with the inverted L antennas formed by the coplanar waveguide has been proposed and numerically analyzed. The end of center conductor of coplanar waveguide is extended so that the shape of antenna becomes rectangle. The design frequency is 2.45GHz. The size of the rectangular conductor plane is 48mm by 54mm, and height of the antenna element is 1.03mm. When the distance between transmitting and receiving antennas is 10 mm, that is, 0.083 wavelength at 2.45 GHz, the bandwidth of the return loss less than -10dB is 10MHz and the power transfer efficiency becomes 97.57 %. In this report, the measured S parameters of the transmitting and receiving antennas composed of the coplanar waveguide with rectangular shape are compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, the measured results of the proposed model are compared with those of the conventional model.
