(in English) In this paper, we deal with matrix completion problem of non-low rank matrix. In the problem of recovering the output signals from linear systems, it is known that the signal can be repaired with high accuracy by minimizing the rank of the Hankel matrix of input and output signals. However, we cannot generally assume that the matrix from nonlinear systems is a low rank matrix. Therefore, we propose a method combining local linear embedding which is a manifold learning method and matrix rank minimization for this problem. Numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
