Throughput Analysis within a Mobile Wireless Cell on LTE network

(in English) Recently, mobile communication traffic has been rapidly increasing due
to the popularization of smartphones. In the mobile communication,
users mobility brings about changes of their ambient environment, and
accordingly packet losses, throughput degradation, and network
congestion tend to dynamically and locally occur comparing to wired
communication. For this reason, throughput might be improved if users
slightly move. It is efficient to provide the information by which
users beforehand obtain the communication condition in their
surrounding area. A solution for this issue is the visualization of
predictive throughput statistically predicted by some measured
throughput. It brings the improvement of quality of experience since
users can avoid staying in low-throughput areas according to the
visual map. For the purpose of throughput prediction in the LTE
network, this paper conducts a throughput measurement experiment
focusing on a mobile wireless cell. Firstly, we specify the position
of the wireless base station and the range of the cell by
investigating the signal strength and cell ID. The influences of
signal strength and time zone to the throughput is then analyzed.
