(in English) We have already proposed traffic navigation, which is high-accuracy network selection scheme using map information and highly accurate positioning information. In this paper, we discussed the generation method of map information. For making map information, it was a main issue to reduce the network load (i.e., the number of collected data for creating map information) with keeping the system selection accuracy. At first in this paper, the trade-off relationship between the number of collected data and system selection accuracy was quantitatively clarified by computer simulation. Next, in order to reduce the network load, we proposed a method using spatial interpolation, which is a technology to complement data using surrounding information. In the proposal, the lack places in map information based on signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) value was supplemented using bicubic spline interpolation. As a result of the computer simulation evaluation, it was shown that the required number of collected data can be reduced to approximately 8 % from the previous work by using the proposed method. In addition, the allowable lack place rate with proposed method was approximately 3.6 times compared with the previous work.
