Conversion Processing from Complementary Pastel Colored Frame Sequential to RGB Video

(in English) We have the frame sequential video which three color planes appear sequentially. This system avoid the degradation of luminance resolution in the area of high. This system requires the interpolation of missing color at the display, however, motion estimation between different colors is not easy in high saturation color. To solve this problem and to achieve perceptually rational processing, we proposed the pastel colored frame sequential that we add white component to each frame and the complementary pastel color that we subtract primary colors from pure white. In this report, we checked the performances of this color system with change motion estimation processing and intra-frame processing. As the results, better performance is recognized than previous conversion processing from complementary pastel colored sequential to RGB video by switching the filter size of the median filter for each pixel and using same color vector.
