[Invited Lecture] Design of 2.45GHz-Band Rectifier with Harmonic Signal Control

(in English) This paper designs, fabricates, and demonstrates 2.45GHz rectifier. The fabricated rectifier realizes the high RF-DC conversion efficiency by the output filter using the radial open stub. The fabricated rectifier consists of four diode in parallel. As a results, the rectifier degrades the parasitic resistance of the rectifying part and realizes high conversion efficiency. The fabricated rectifier achieves the RF-DC conversion efficiency of 56.2 % in the student design competition held in Meijo University.
