[Poster Presentation] Improvement of intelligibility improvement method based on waveform processing to emphasize dynamic characteristic of speech

(in English) This paper describes intelligibility improvement method for speech signal with high quality by subband waveform processing based on the method proposed by Shibata et al. which emphasizes speech signal by using the speech analysis and synthesis system instead of the waveform processing．Since analysis of dynamic features for subbands of the proposed method revealed that the dynamic features were over-emphasized in the low frequency region of 0 Hz to 300 Hz, we introduced processing to suppress the over-emphasis in the low frequency region．To evaluate improvement by the processing, we conducted a subjective experiment investigating the word intelligibility and the percent correct socres of consonants and vowels．Although no improvement obtained by the processing for the word intelligibility and the percent correct score of vowels can be found, the improvement about 3.0% compared to the improvement previous method for the percent correct score of consonants can be observed．
