(in English) In an organization involved in incident response, it is difficult to know the situation of other groups involved in the same crisis and flexibly implement collaboration with other organizations according to circumstances. Therefore, research and development of a system, such as GIS is advanced to show a COP (Common Operational Picture). However it was possible to grasp the situation in a bird's-eye view with color-coded display on the map, it was difficult to understand the interactions and relationships in actual individual events. In this research, we recorded a history of communication such as instructions and instructions on incident response and report on it as an activity log, set up a board that limits the scope to share for each content as an activity log management unit. We discuss about the system operation method to support cooperation among multiple organizations by analyzing the summary and the relationship of activity logs beyond boards.
