| (in English) | We have developed a chat system that can be used online to encourage discussion abilities in English. In this system, by accessing a chat room created by a teacher, it is possible to speak opinions and to refer to opinions of others. In addition, since it has the function of counting the number of utterances and speaking words in the discussion for each speaker and displaying them on the screen together with the ratio, the teacher can evaluation in consideration of the participation degree of each student. In addition, students can learn more natural expressions and grammar more quickly compared with their own English expressions by the function to correct their own English expressions and show examples to them. In this paper, we also describe the practice using this system. | |
