Applications of high-speed photon-number-resolving SNSPD array

(in English) Photon-number resolving superconducting nanowire single photon detectors have been proposed using parallel and series connected superconducting nanowire array. We are studying a series array of parallel-series connected nanowire with parallel resistor for PNR-SNSPD operated at GHz region.
Moreover we ara studying a high-speed readout circuit based on single flux quantum logic circuit of SNSPD array for photon-number resolving information. In this presentation, recent results for these studies and possible applications will be discussed.
