Effect to gaze movement brought by 2 channels stereo and 5.1 channels surround

(in English) Super high-definition image and sound technology progresses together. A stereophonic method is used as a general sound method mainly at home. Surround methods are mainly used in a movie theater and a home theater. The evaluation of sound effects is often carried out by a subjective evaluation. We have analyzed the effect that a high-resolution image brought from a mean gaze position, head movement, and convergence eye movement when viewing a high-resolution image. By applying our result to the sound effects evaluation, we examined objective evaluation method from the different effect brought by the 2 channel stereo and the 5.1 channel sound surround from a change of the mean gaze distribution, the head angle of rotation and the convergence eye movement.
