Noise Reduction in High Frequency Band of Conducted Noise Spectrum by Switching Waveform Control -- Proposal of Noise Suppression Mechanism and Simulation Analysis --

(in English) In recent years, the application of high-performance devices such as SiC and GaN has attracted attention. For their feature of high-speed switching and low loss, applicable equipment can be downsized. On the other hand, high-speed switching of the device increases high-frequency noise. Therefore, it is important to suppress the noise level so as not to cause malfunction of other electronic equipment. In this paper, we propose a novel snubber circuit for noise suppression that can make the switching waveform into the S-shaped trajectory and clarifies its operation principle.
