| (in English) | This paper proposes a direct update method for a data compressed with top tree. For a given compressed data (top DAG) and a query specification which is a pair of update positions and an update command (relabeling, subtree insertion, subtree deletion or node deletion), the proposed algorithm directly updates the compressed data by traversing it in a depth-first order. We also propose a simpler update algorithm for a subclass of top DAGs constructed by using two specific cluster types. |
