Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) In this paper, a weak-signal-readout-system for Terahertz-Video-Imaging is designed.
The system is integrated as 8$times$ 7 readout circuits which contain lock-in amplifier, $Delta Sigma$ modulator and digital filter.
The input signal of the system is synchronously detected by the lock-in amplifier, then digitalized by the $Delta Sigma$ADC.
Finally, the digital value is read out from the chip through serial peripheral interface.
