An MCU (Micro Control Unit) which is used in an embedded system has been recently equipped with a communication function such as wireless LAN. Although such an MCU allows remote control, high frequency control is difficult due to concurrent processing between communication and other tasks. In this paper, we have proposed an platform to develop a processing system with an efficient communication function and flexible configuration with coupling an MCU with a wireless communication function as well as an FPGA to offload some preprocessing. |
