(in English) Along with the prevalence of Precision Medicine, the demand for analytical methods on heterogeneous data is increasing. One of analysis methods performed on such data is to perform some clustering method and identify variables that characterize the cluster. However, once clusters are selected from the data via some algorithm, we need to correct a selection bias for a statistical inference after clustering. Such a statistical inference after selection is so-called Post-Selection Inference (PSI). In this research, we apply the concept of Selective Inference, which is one of a approach for PSI, to the inference after $K$-means clustering to deal with the problem of selection bias, and confirm its usefulness through numerical experiments.
