[Poster Presentation] Proposal of λ-scan Method in Spectral Deconvolution

(in English) Spectral deconvolution is a method to fit spectral data as the sum of unimodal basis functions and is a useful method in spectral data analysis in order to estimate spectral information such as peak position or intensity.
Nagata et al. proposed a method based on Bayesian estimation and realize to estimate spectral information from complex spectral data.
But there is a problem that the calculation amount increases greatly according to the number of parameters because of numerical integration by exchange Monte Carlo method.
In contrast, Igarashi et al. proposed a fast spectral deconvolution method using L1 regularized vector machine (L1VM), which peak deconvolution performance is poor compared with the Bayesian spectral deconvolution.
We regard that the spectral deconvolution is composed of two functions, “basis search” and “regression”.
From such a viewpoint, in this study, we propose a λ-scan method in spectral deconvolution. We also confirmed that high-speed and high-performance spectral deconvolution is realized in artificial data.
