Considering Privacy issue -- based on Floridi's Philosophy of Information --

(in English) The “Ontological Interpretation of Informational Privacy” introduced by Luciano Floridi is evaluated as useful theory to describe the recent emergent issue related privacy under the current ICT environment. But there are some challenges in that theory like “no clear distinction between normative aspect of privacy and descriptive aspect of privacy”. To overcome such challenge, I try to refine Floridi’s concept “re-ontologization”, then insist that both normative and descriptive privacy are influenced by “re-ontologization”, not included into “Ontological Interpretation of Informational Privacy”.
