Implementation and evaluation of a load reduction method for multiple controllers with network clustering

(in English) As one of the most effective methods to manage an OpenFlow network, the multiple SDN controllers administrate their own local segments through sharing the whole topology information. The elimination of the redundant topology information is expected to lead to a load of controllers. This paper first demonstrates that the amount of the shared information depends on a network partitioning method. Moreover, the multiple controller enviornment developed with OpenDaylight is presented in order to verify the effectiveness of the reduction of shared information in more pragmatic situation by measuring load on controllers.
