Range Control of Maximum Demodulation Distance in Parametric Loudspeaker Using Flexible Acoustic-lens

(in English) In this paper, we propose the control method of the maximum demodulation distance in the parametric loudspeaker using flexible acoustic-lens with gas layer. In the proposed method, we utilize that the maximum demodulation distance depends on the density of a gas layer in which the AM wave is transmitted. Acoustic lens is filled with the gas whose density is different from the air, also acoustic lens is constructed from thin film, which can transform length of gas layer. The proposed method can physically control the maximum demodulation distance by filling gas in acoustic lens and adjusting the length of gas layer.
