It is known that the high frequency characteristic of the board changes epending on whether soldering of the chip element is good or bad. In this paper, we evaluate frequency characteristics by measurement.
We prepared three kinds of boards: when proper soldering, when the amount of solder is too much, when floating on chip elements.
In this case, a difference appears in each characteristic at more than 3 GHz, and a parasitic inductance tends to be large especially when the chip element has a float. |
