(in English) Recent LED lighting has become able to perform toning and dimming. In addition, full-color LED ceiling lights have been sold, and it is now possible to use chromatic light colors at home. However, the toning function is not utilized, and only white light or night light is used. Although psychological and physiological effects due to human illumination light color have been extensively studied, the color of the illumination light for improving life has not been elucidated. In this study, subjective assessment of three primary colors and white of light and temporal change of vital data such as heart rate are measured, and the influence of illumination color on human beings is discussed.
