A sound field reconstruction method inside a region including sound sources is proposed. Previously, a method based on a discretization of the region into grid points and spatial sparsity of the sound sources has been proposed. However, in such a method, reconstruction accuracy will deteriorate when sound sources are not on the grid points and the grid points around the reconstruction region are falsely activated. We have previously proposed a gridless sound field decomposition method based on reciprocity gap functional in the spherical harmonic domain, which enables decomposition without discretization of the domain. This method includes separation of exterior and interior sound field using multiple spherical microphone arrays. On the other hand, a sound field separation method based on sparsity of the interior field in the plane-wave domain, which is solved as a convex optimization problem, has been shown to be effective by the authors.We here consider incorporating the convex-optimization-based separation method into the gridless sound field decomposition. Numerical experimental results indicated the efficacy of the proposed method in terms of the reconstruction accuracy. |
