(in English) In this paper, a synthesis of a complex coefficient filter using NIC's (Negative Impedance Converters) is proposed. The condition for sharing NIC's is described. As an example, a third-order complex elliptic filter is designed. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed through computer simulation.
