Improvement of Organic Multi-function Diodes Based on Rubrene/PTCDI-C13 Stack

(in English) Using the Stokes shift and the different combination of emission and absorption system in a certain organic materials, the new functional devices with light-emitting and photo-sensing abilities are have realized. In the previous study, we had investigated the devices varied with the rubrene thickness of p-type rubrene/ n-type perylene derivatives. In this study, we had optimized the thickness of perylene derivative and explored material system for improving the device characteristics.
