Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron (AQFP) can achieve extremely low power compared to semiconductor technology by using superconducting technology and adiabatic operation. It is very difficult to build up the multi-bit shift register by using AQFP, therefore, high-speed readout circuit of AQFP is needed for high-speed demonstration. Therefore, we have been investigating the high-speed readout circuit of AQFP based on Josephson latching driver (JLD). In this time, we investigated the readout circuit composed of AQFP, AQFP/RSFQ interface and 4JL gate. In the low-speed measurement at 100 kHz, we confirmed correct operation , however, the bias margin of RSFQ circuit was reduced to ±6.8% compared to a simulation result. In the high-speed measurement, a good eye pattern was confirmed at 2 GHz.
