A study of posture estimation when typing

(in English) This paper describes typing posture estimation by using a smartphone and smartglasses. For performance evaluation, 5 postures of subjects are measured. Based on the results, a posture estimation method is proposed. This method uses an angle of an upper-body, relation between the upper-body and an arm, an angle of a face, and relation between the face and a light to estimate the posture. The performance of this method is evaluated by using true positive rate. The results show that its rate is high for most of subjects. Therefore these results show that this method is high feasibility.
