Dynamic Resource Allocation Methods Considering Used Links Control for Service Function Chaining

(in English) Service chaining composed of several different virtual network functions (VNF) is one of use cases with Network Functions Virtualization (NFV).
In service chaining, the efficient physical resource allocation is necessary to consider that service requirements differ between VNFs and logical links connecting them.
In this paper, in order to improve the blocking probability for service chains, we proposed novel dynamic resource allocation methods considering the life cycle in each service chain.
In addition, in order to suppress the used bandwidth, we proposed resource allocation methods that control the used physical links between VNFs according to the server resource utilization and required service chain. We evaluated the performance of proposed methods through simulation.
As a result, we showed that our proposed methods could reduce the request bocking probability in required service chains by 90{small$%$} than the conventional method.
Moreover, we showed that our proposed methods could suppress the used bandwidth by used physical links control.
