We designed A rectenna of 303 GHz. MSL type, input power 342 mW, load resistance 130 Ω, maximum rectification efficiency 2.17% was obtained. CPW type, load resistance 500 Ω, maximum rectenna power density of 4.87 kW / m 2 is achieved. This result is higher than existing experiment. From the above it can be said that the present highest frequency rectenna succeeded. |
