VoIP Admission Control for Guaranteeing QoS with State Probability

(in English) In recent years, use of VoIP call using IP network is increasing. The number of VoIP sessions for guaranteeing QoS does not necessarily match the number obtained by dividing the link bandwidth of the VoIP session due to multiplexing effect. For reducing blocking probability in VoIP calls, we proposed a VoIP admission control in which the number of VoIP call is set to the max connections where the expected value of packet loss rate to be less than a certain value with state probability, and show the effectiveness of the conventional method by numerical analysis.
