With advent of multiple cloud services with similar functionalities, selecting cloud services for a composite cloud service has become a very tedious task for developers. Therefore, we propose a constraint optimization method for selecting an optimal cloud service composition. We formulate the problem of selecting multiple cloud services based on user constraints as a boolean satisfiability problem (SAT). We introduce a Pseudo Boolean Optimization (PBO) based formulation containing constraints and an objective function to optimize the selection process using already available SAT solvers. |
