DNN:-MPC: A Hardware oriented Deep Neural Networks for Model Predictive Control

(in English) Model Predictive Control (MPC) is one of the control systems, where it uses "predictive model" to control objects. However, it is difficult to formulate and create predictive models for control targets in practical. In this study, we employ Deep Neural Networks(DNNs) to generate a predictive model with using only sensor values. Due to the high computation costs of DNNs, they are time consuming. In order to realize real time processing, high speed processing is required. Therefore, to allow real time processing with low power consumption, we introduce Field Programmable Gate Arrays. This paper proposes a modified algorithm of a predictive model using DNNS for FPGA implementation.
