(in English) The authors have proposed a circuit-modeling technique for electrically-very-small devices called the impedance expansion method (IEM). The IEM is based on expanding the self-/mutual impedances in the method of moments into the Laurent series with respect to the complex angular frequency. This article describes the basic concept of the IEM, and then shows an example of the application to a wireless power transfer system.
